Rachel & Steven [Engagements]

I promised I would share a few more photo's from this engagement session I did a couple week's ago...so here they are! I took almost 450 pictures at this session, so there were a lot more then these few. Maybe one day I'll get around to posting a part two, but then again maybe not. Ha!

This shoot got rescheduled at least four different times due to scheduling conflicts and winter storms - like freezing rain, what are the odds?! So when we headed up Provo Canyon and found this spot along the Aspen Loop, I was super stoked. Nevermind the four feet of snow I kept sinking into. Good times friends, good times.

Guys, I've kind of disappeared again, haven't I? I've been gettin approximately six hours of sleep every night. Not good. But life is crazy between school, homework, work, hanging out with my sister and her kids. And yet, life isn't too exciting aroud these parts. I guess that's what happens when you grow up and become boring. Anyway, I've spent the last week editing this couples Engagement's. Here's a little sneakpeek...

 

 

a bit biased [photoshoot]

i really think i have the most lovely & talented friends in the world. maybe i'm a tad bit biased, but i think i'll continue to go with it. me and manda were two out of about a dozen people still in logan due to the semester being over (ok, so maybe there's a few more than a dozen...) anyway, we decided to brave the frigid chill in the air and go shooting at some new locations. here are some of the shots i got of manda! she even let me use her super wonderful dslr. let's just say i'm a little bit envious...

 

O Holy Night

I love the Salt Lake Temple so much. Even after living in Utah for twenty-one years I can never seem to take enough different pictures of the temple at different times of the year. I especially like these three I took while looking at the Christmas lights at Temple Square with my cousins on our yearly Christmas adventure.

Well it certainly took me long enough, but finally here are a few of my other favorites from mine and E's photo shoot! We found this old, abandoned gas station with a bright red garage door. I love it.

Winter Beauty

Now, everyone that knows me very well knows that I very much dislike winter and even more I hate the snow. Yet, somehow I couldn't help but realize how beautiful it can be! In Logan it get's so cold and the snow frosted over the trees. It was amazing! It looked like a winter wonderland! Here are some shots I took while my family was visiting me in Logan for the weekend.

A & Kids

Well, here they are! My first family shoot ever! A wanted me to take some family pictures and pictures of her kids. We went to Gardner Village which I have found to be the perfect spot for pictures! These two boys are very energetic and enthusiastic so it was fun and crazy! haha. I have gotten to know them a lot better this year because I babysat them over the summer. It was so fun! They were all such great sports because it was so cold outside! I will be putting more up of the boys soon! I also will be taking some pictures for my sister M and her adorable kids tomorrow so those will be around soon too!
