Amanda [Missionary].

This is one of my bff's, Amanda. She is leaving to serve a mission for our church in just a few short months. She invited me along to take some missionary photo's with her cousin and her mom. It was so much fun, despite the freezing cold! I am so excited and proud of Amanda! Here's some of the pictures I took....completely UNEDITED.

my brother [missionary portraits]

written by janice kapp perry

we have been born
as nephi of old
to goodly parents who love the lord
we have been taught and we understand
that we must do as the lord commands

we are as the army of helaman
we have been taught in our youth
and we will be the lord's missionaries
to bring the world his truth

we have been saved for these latter days
to build the kingdom in righteous ways
we hear the words our prophet declares
let each who's worthy go forth and serve

we are as the army of helaman
we have been taught in our youth
and we will be the lord's missionaries
to bring the world his truth

we know his plan and we will prepare
increase our knowledge through study and prayer
daily we'll learn until we are called
to preach the gospel to all the world

we are as the army of helaman
we have been taught in our youth
and we will be the lord's missionaries
to bring the world his truth
to bring the world his truth

c [missionary portraits]

C is my cousin and was my nearly inseparable 'practically roommate' my freshman year of college. She has been serving a mission in Florida for almost an entire year! Before she left, last Summer we got some cute missionary pictures of her. I'm certain that she is doing a wonderful job!
