isn't it funny the times and places that we find the most inspiration. picture me driving down i-15 in rush hour traffic, air conditioning blowing my hair, shoes kicked off, listening to music, by myself. when a phrase came into my mind. suddenly, everything else i had been thinking about was gone and i started thinking up some lyrics in my head. so, what did i do when i got home...i wrote it down and kept on writing. i like where it's going...maybe someday it will be good enough to share.

also, i was driving through sardine canyon today, driving past all the beautiful fall leaves on the trees. listening to this song by the new radicals. i like it. alot. somehow i feel like it is the perfect driving in the car with the windows open kind of song.
